Warranty Information: All new tires sold by Kalemba's Tire Service have a manufactures' limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufactures' control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship. Tires are not covered for destruction due to impact, cuts, punctures, or objects in the sidewall or corners of the tire. Tires worn down to 2/32" are considered worn out and are not covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover conditions resulting from improper installation, wheel misalignment, tire assembly imbalance, or being driven on while flat or improperly inflated. Conditions resulting from consumer damage, such as improper tire and wheel maintenance, misuse, abuse, or accident are not covered by warranty. Irregular wear conditions are not covered. Weather cracking on tires over four years old are not covered by warranty. Impact damage caused by potholes, curbs, or other objects in the road are an undesirable part of driving, the tire damage they inflict is not within the control of the tire manufacturer and is not covered by their limited tire warranties. Regardless of its quality, no tire is indestructible.

Used Tires: Kalemba's Tire Service provides a 30-day guarantee on all used tires. Upon purchase our professional staff will visually inspect all tires. After inflation, all tires are checked under water for any possible leaks, computer balanced, and inspected for any drivability issues. At the time the tire leaves Kalemba's Tire Service it has already been checked for good quality. Road hazard is not covered under the Kalemba's Tire Service guarantee for Used Tires.

All Wheel Drive Vehicle Information: Vehicles equipped with all-wheel drive are recommended by the dealership to replace all four tires at the same time. A wheel alignment is recommended after the tires are replaced. Tire rotations are recommended every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Failure to follow these guidelines voids all tire warranties. Kalemba's Tire Service reserves the right to refuse service to all wheel drive vehicles when a customer chooses to not replace four tires. Kalemba's Tire Service is not responsible for any damage to a vehicles drivetrain due to failure of replacing all four tires. Customer is aware and opted to change less than recommended. Wheel Alignment Recommendations: Check your owner’s manual for the schedule of wheel alignment recommendations. We strongly encourage you to get an alignment after purchasing new tires. Uneven wear in tires due to poor alignment voids all warranties. Tire Rotations: Regularly rotating your tires will maximize the tread life of your tires. We recommend rotations every 4,000 to 5,000 miles, depending on your vehicle and driving conditions. Any uneven wear difference between your tires voids all warranties.

Air Pressure: Improper tire air pressure causes your tires to wear more quickly, unevenly, and can cause blowouts. Gas mileage can be lower due to improper air pressure. Steering problems can be caused by improper air pressure. Refer your invoice for recommended air pressure. Driving with improper air pressure voids all warranties. Please check your air pressure regularly.
